Nice Stay with a Great View
I loved the view from my room over the city! The outside terrace was fantastic for relaxation. However, be sure to bring a travel kettle since there are no coffee facilities in the room. The metro station nearby makes it easy to explore Madrid.

Stayed at the Ibis for three nights in a Double Room. The location is fantastic, just a minute from the Ventas metro station, making it super easy to get around Madrid. The room was clean and spacious. The soundproofing worked well, keeping the noise from the street outside at bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated having efficient air conditioning. The breakfast offered a decent variety, although it could have been better, particularly for the price. One downside, only one power outlet near the bed, which made charging devices a bit tricky. Also, pillows weren't great. I found it odd that they offered a better pillow for an extra charge. Staff were welcoming and helpful, but a bit more attention to the breakfast options and room amenities would elevate the experience.

The air conditioning struggled, making the room unbearably warm. Limited power outlets near the bed made charging devices inconvenient. The mattress topper was often irritating, shifting too much during the night.

The location is super convenient, just a quick walk to the metro, making it easy to check out the local sights. We even got to see a concert nearby! Would definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway.
We had a little trouble with the toaster at breakfast. it kept us waiting for our toast. It could use more than one to speed things up.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a supermarket, making it easy to explore the city. The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during warmer temperatures, and the breakfast options were fairly limited. Additionally, the overall pricing felt steep for the facilities offered, which could benefit from enhancements.
